The culturally mixed media of Grace Nancy Mirindi

 My work takes a critical view of social, political, domestic and popular cultural issues, exploring the idea of racism, injustice, war, violence and cultural difference.  I use myself as the model for both figures and the work, which reflect feminist figure suggesting passive acceptance of black culture.~Grace Nancy MirindiI explore those ideas through different types of media, from domestic material such as fabric, photography, film, social media and language and most importantly through the power of my own body.My work is all about making people more aware of the fact that race plays an important part in our ways of thinking and understanding.
