This life size Gorilla sculpture was covered in hand drawn typography by Tom Lane & Ged Palmer to celebrate the Bristol Zoo’s 175 birthday. I Stumbled upon this today, it is a kinetic typography piece of Punch Drunk by Incubus. I really like the way Cyrus changes the orientation of the camera throughout the video showing the depth of field of the type throughout. Another example of why I love kinetic typography! Peter Tarka (@PiotrTarka) is an amazing typography artist and illustrator as well. He has done work for big names such as Nike & MTV, which is rightly so because once you see his work you will be equally impressed. He gives typography artists a great name!
